The organization “Drenthe College” has chosen DocYard for the processing of the incoming documents of the organization.

They mainly focus on three document workflows:

  • students documents,
  • HR documents
  • process incoming mail

DocYard will be used to process documents which they received analog but also born digital documents as incoming emails.

Processing will include:

  • (automatic) classifying incoming documents
  • (automatically) assign metadata to the documents
  • based on business rules routing the documents to employees within the organization
  • exporting documents into compressed PDF/A format to the JOIN, the Document Management System Drenthe College

Drenthe College is a regional training center for vocational and adult education and educate more than 8,500 people across the province of Drenthe. Key locations are Assen, Emmen and Meppel. There are currently 1,000 employees working at Drenthe College.
