To open a PDF file, most choose from two options: the Reader app for Windows 8 and 10 or Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Foxit PDF Reader
Both are great ways, but there are many other free PDF readers that can do more. Foxit Reader is perhaps the most familiar alternative to Adobe Reader, and it is easy to assess why it is considered the best free reader for PDF. The Foxit PDF Reader allows you to add annotations and comments as well as the ability to extract text and graphics.
The Ribbin Interface is inspired by Microsoft Office, so you can instinctively know where to find the impressive range of tools. Tabbed browsing makes it easy to work with multiple PDF files at once, and as an extra, there are some nice details like filling out forms.
